A veteran, community advocate, and Commissioner of Women Veterans in Prince George’s County, Maryland, LaShonda’s career spans service, innovation, and a deep commitment to justice and ethical leadership.
Her expertise lies in connecting data with human narratives to address systemic inequities and inspire collective action. As a seasoned professional in IT and data leadership, she has shaped policies, led national initiatives, and provided strategic direction to uplift underserved communities.
